Payment Terms:

All invoices are pre-paid, or net-30 from the date of the invoice with an approved credit application. For cash accounts or initial orders while we process your credit application, the following payment methods are accepted – Check, Money Order, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal.

Past Due Accounts:

A service charge of 1.5% per month on the unpaid balance will be charged on all past due accounts, and any volume discount may be
revoked. All returned checks (for any reason) are subject to a $25.00 fee.

Minimum Orders:

The minimum order required to open an account is $1. The minimum fill-in order is $1.  Fish-Skull™ flies sold in half-dozen packs. All other flies are sold by the dozen unless pre-approved in writing. All orders are subject to acceptance by American Fly Outfitters. Upon acceptance, without further notice to the customer, the order becomes a valid contract governed by the laws of New Hampshire.

Shipping:

All orders are shipped from Windham, NH. Standard processing time from date of Purchase Order submission is 15-30 business days.
Customers will be notified in instances where unforeseen delays significantly increase the processing time of an order. American Fly
Outfitters, LLC will not assume responsibility for compensatory, incidental or consequential damages resulting from late deliveries.

Returns & Exchanges:

All items sold through American Fly Outfitters, LLC are described accurately to the best of our knowledge. Pictures of items may differ slightly from the actual product received. No returns are accepted without our telephone permission and a return authorization number. Returns of custom flies (not standard to the American Fly Outfitters’ product line), are not eligible for return. The return authorization number must be displayed on the box containing the return. A re-stocking fee amounting to 25% of the contracted purchase price will be applied to returned merchandise not in the original packaging. Returns accepted only to orders where a refund request is documented in writing within 30 days of shipment of of merchandise.

Legal Liability:

By submitting an order, either by uploading your order through www.americanflyoutfitters.com or by emailing the order to American Fly Outfitters, LLC, the Buyer [1] understands that this constitutes a valid contract governed by the laws of the state of New Hampshire. The buyer hereby guarantees to American Fly Outfitters, LLC the faithful payment, when due, of all accounts and amounts due.

Buyer agrees to pay any collection costs incurred to collect the balance amount, including reasonable attorney’s fees and consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in the state of New Hampshire in connection with the enforcement of any matters hereunder. Online or offline purchases warrants that the information submitted is true and correct.

In consideration of credit being extended by American Fly Outfitters, LLC. for merchandise to be purchased whether buyer be an individual or individuals, a proprietorship, a partnership, a corporation, or other entity, the buyer hereby contract and guarantee to American Fly Outfitters, LLC the faithful payment, when due, of all accounts. The buyer or buyers each hereby expressly waive all notice of acceptance of this guarantee, notice of extension of credit to applicant, presentment, and demand for payment on security held by American Fly Outfitters, LLC extension of time of payments to applicant, acceptance of partial payments or partial compromise, all other notices to which the buyer might otherwise be entitled and demand for payment under the guarantee. American Fly Outfitters, LLC assumes no responsibility for compensatory, incidental or consequential damages resulting from late deliveries or merchandise rejected by the applicant for any reason.

American Fly Outfitters, LLC is not responsible for any merchandise lost or stolen through the mail system. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to make a claim with proper mail authority, in the event your item has been lost or stolen.

This website is controlled by American Fly Outfitters, LLC. The laws of the State of New Hampshire will govern these disclaimers, terms and conditions, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. We reserve the right to make changes to our site and these terms and conditions, and disclaimers at any time at American Fly Outfitters, LLCs discretion.
